These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Embodied Women website, courses, and services. By using our platform or registering for a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Terms

By enrolling in any of our courses or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Abide by the guidelines and policies outlined during the course.

2. Payments and Refunds

• Payments: All payments for courses, sessions, and workshops are final. You may choose to pay upfront or in installments (if available).

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds once you’ve registered for the course. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another person, with prior approval from The Embodied Women.

• Payment Plans: If you sign up for a payment plan, payments must be completed according to the schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in access being revoked.

3. Cancellation and Transfer Policy

• You may cancel your enrollment at any time; however, payments made up to that point will not be refunded.

• You may transfer your booking to another person if you notify us in advance.

4. Content Usage

• All materials provided during the course, including videos, choreographies, and meditations, are for personal use only. Redistribution or sharing without permission is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The Embodied Women is not liable for any physical injuries or damages that may occur during participation in our courses. By enrolling, you agree to participate at your own risk and assume responsibility for your health and well-being.

6. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, update, or cancel any of our services or courses at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
