Giovanna has this amazing open, feminine caring energy that really allows you to feel connected, seeing and loved. The circle was powerful, the energetic exchange between all the women was very moving and electrifying. Giovanna held the space so well and guided us through a meditation that really allowed me to personally sink in and see what needed to be uncovered. What intentions needed to be set for this next cycle. I felt the love just pour out of her heart, and I felt held and safe to be vulnerable and really sit with whatever was coming up. The sacredness of women gathering together to honour the divine feminine. I contacted Giovanna to do a private session because l already attended some of her classes in the past and recently l was feeling like to create a special moment for my partner including sensual dance but not yet fully confident to do it. It was sincerely a deep experience for me where she took some time to truly understand what kind of sensuality might represent myself or what movements might suit better my body to help me create something tailored made. I'm generally pretty reserved and shy about this matter but after the session l definitely felt more confident about myself and my sensuality. Her approach was very understanding and supportive.
