Course Agreement – Reclaiming the Embodied Feminine | 3-Day Intensive Commitment: By enrolling in this 3-day intensive journey, you are committing to being fully present for the experience. Arriving on time is essential to honour the space and the journey of all participants. By enrolling in this 6-week payment plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Payment Agreement & Schedule The total investment for Reclaiming the Embodied Feminine is $600 AUD, payable in 6 automatic installments of $100 AUD every week. Payments are processed automatically via the payment method provided at checkout. The first payment is charged upon enrollment, with subsequent payments deducted every week until the full amount is paid. Commitment to Full Payment By enrolling in this payment plan, you commit to completing all 6 payments, regardless of attendance or participation in the course. This is NOT a pay-as-you-go system—you are responsible for the full amount once you enrol. Failed or Missed Payments If a payment fails, the system will attempt to reprocess the payment within 48 hours. If the payment remains unsuccessful, you will have 7 days to update your payment method. Failure to complete payment within 7 days may result in: Temporary suspension of access to the WhatsApp group and course materials/Loss of participation in the remaining course sessions until payment is resolved. Refund & Cancellation Policy All payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds or cancellations will be issued once you enrol. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person, but it is your responsibility to find a replacement. The Embodied Women must be notified in advance for approval. Alternatively, your payment may be transferred to a future workshop within six months. If you choose to withdraw from the course at any point, you are still responsible for completing all remaining payments as agreed upon at checkout. Course Access & WhatsApp Group You will be added to a private WhatsApp group closer to the course start date, where key details, guidance, and community support will be shared. Access to this group and course materials is contingent on maintaining an active payment plan. Missed Class Due to the nature of this event, no refunds or make-up sessions are available if you cannot attend. Course Materials All materials provided, including choreography, meditations, and exercises, are for personal use only and cannot be shared, copied, or redistributed without prior permission. Respectful & Safe Space This course is a safe, inclusive, and supportive space. We ask all participants to honour boundaries, respect each other’s experiences, and foster an environment of trust. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Health & Safety: Participants are responsible for their own well-being throughout the workshop. Please inform the facilitator of any injuries or health conditions before the session begins. By enrolling, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally able to participate. Course Changes The Embodied Women reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the schedule or content. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance. Photography & Video Some parts of the course may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. You will be informed in advance and have the option to opt out if you prefer not to be included. Liability By participating, you acknowledge that The Embodied Women and Giovanna Suppa are not responsible for any personal injuries, health issues, or accidents that may occur during the workshop, whether in-person or online. Participation is voluntary, and all risks related to movement and emotional exploration are assumed by the participant. If you have health concerns, it is your responsibility to consult a medical professional before joining. By enrolling in this payment plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. You authorize The Embodied Women to process automatic payments according to the agreed schedule.
