Embodied Sensual Dance workshops
A 2-hour in-person journey to awaken your sensual essence through dance and embodiment
Awaken Your Sensual Power
Join The Embodied Women for an embodied sensual dance workshop that guides you into movement, self-expression, and feminine awakening. In this transformative space, you’ll reconnect with your body, awaken your sensuality, and reclaim your inner power — all within the safety of a supportive sisterhood.
You will experience
A guided journey back into your body through the art of embodiment, sensuality, and dance. Expect moments of deep connection, emotional release, self-compassion, and joyful exploration.
Together, we’ll move through a soft, sensual choreography, held in a circle of supportive women — celebrating each other’s unique and authentic expression.
Reclaim your sensuality
Sensuality is the art of enjoying life through the senses — celebrating the body, connecting with emotion, and living with presence.
Yet, societal conditioning often teaches women to suppress this part of themselves, leading to disconnection and diminished self-worth.
This workshop offers a safe space to explore and express your sensual nature without fear of judgment. Through sensual embodied movement, you’ll rediscover a profound connection with your body — unlocking new levels of confidence, aliveness, and self-love.
As we honour and celebrate our bodies, we begin to reclaim our inner power and redefine the narrative around female sensuality.
When a woman reconnects with her sensuality, she walks differently — rooted in her body, alive in her truth, and unapologetically radiant.
This is for women who:
Want to cultivate a deeper connection with their bodies
Feel called to explore and embrace their feminine essence
Are curious about learning to move and dance sensually
Have danced before but wish to deepen presence and embody sensuality
Often find themselves in their masculine and long to slow down, soften, and receive
Desire to enhance their physical, emotional and spiritual well-being
Are looking to build a supportive community of embodied women
Are committed to their personal growth and empowerment
What you need to know:
You can dance barefoot or in socks, choose what feels most comfortable for your body
Wear something that makes you feel confident, comfortable, and free to move — with an invitation to wear black or tones of red/burgundy, and to explore an outfit that feels sensual and empowering to you (think lace, bodysuits, or whatever helps you embody your feminine essence)
If you have sensitive skin or knees, consider wearing long pants or tights, knee pads are highly recommended for extra support
No previous dance experience is required however this space is also for dancers who wish to deepen their presence, embodiment, and connection to sensuality
This space is not about getting the choreography right, it’s about feeling deeply as you move your body.
You’re invited to move in a way that feels true to you — with no judgment, no pressure, and no wrong way.Bring water to stay hydrated, and try to avoid heavy meals right before, so you can move with lightness and ease throughout the journey.

Meet your facilitator
Hi, I’m Giovanna, an Italian woman devoted to the sacred feminine through dance, embodiment, and ceremony.
Sacred sensuality has lived in me since I was a little girl.
I used to move my body in secret…letting the music guide me, feeling something ancient and alive awaken inside me.
But because this part of me wasn’t accepted or understood, it was ‘too much’, I slowly began to neglect it. I learned to hide it. To silence it. To disconnect from the very thing that made me feel most like myself.
For most of my life, I tried to be good, to please, to fit into what was expected. But deep down, I was craving freedom.
I longed to feel fully expressed, rooted in my body, and at peace with my sensuality.
For a long time, I kept this practice to myself. It felt private, sacred, and deeply personal.
Until I realised: this isn’t just for me.
It’s a vital need for every woman.
And by keeping it hidden, I was doing a disservice to all the women still longing to find that connection within themselves.
That’s why I created The Embodied Women — a space for us to gather, move, feel, and remember.
A space where you get to take up space in your body again. Where you get to dance your truth without shame.
My journey has been shaped by over a decade of training in embodied dance, family constellations, mindset work, and sacred ceremony. But more than that, it’s been shaped by my own healing journey and the women who walked beside me along the way.
Now, I dedicate my life to holding spaces like this one.
For the women that come before us. For the future ones. For YOU.
I’m so honoured to dance beside you.
